A
FRIEND
by Mick Puttock
A FRIEND, TO ME, WELL, IT IS LIKE THIS...
A PERSON; NOT A LOVER OR A RELATIVE
WITH WHOM YOU HAVE A MUTUAL BOND
TO LOVE AND SUPPORT THROUGH TIME AND BEYOND
YOU GIVE THEM ALL OF YOUR LOYALTY
AND EVEN TREAT THEM AS IF ROYALTY
FOR, WHEN YOU HAVE FINALLY FOUND A TRUE FRIEND
THE LOVE AND TRUST WILL NEVER END
YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DISCUSS ANYTHING
KNOWING IT WONT BE PASSED ROUND THE RING
EVERYTHING SHOULD BE RECIPROCATED
NO MATTER HOW SIMPLE OR COMPLICATED
ALL OF YOUR FEELINGS AND YOUR EMOTIONS
WILL BE ABLE TO BE FULLY SHOWING
AND SO I LEAVE YOU WITH THIS THOUGHT IN MIND,
OF THE MAGIC OF FRIENDSHIP THAT TRANSCENDS ALL TIME
BUT, PLEASE IN THE END DONT GET ME ALL WRONG
FOR FRIENDS CAN GO ON TO BE LOVERS SO STRONG
AND LOVE THAT STARTS IN THIS WAY, YOULL SEE,
WILL ENDURE FOR ALL OF ETERNITY
Like
the Stars
by Ralph Lamarr Clark
Those moments we share
are more important to me
than owning all of
the yellow gold.
No one,
other than you,
could've
turned my heart warm;
a hard heart,
once, so cold.
Having you by my side,
replaced my anger
with kindness
and love.
Thanks for being there
and helping me along the way,
lighting my dark skies,
like the stars
light the night skies above.
Bite Me Vampire
Bite me
vampire, drink my blood.
I assure you it tastes good
I want to be a vampire too,
I want to hunt for blood with you.
Wander together through the night,
And share all blood till morning light.
At daytime I'll lay in your arms,
And sleep all day, so nice and warm.
It will be great, just you and me,
Vampires together, just wait and see.
Never be lonely, never be blue,
My vampire, I love you.
